4 lower coil springs (front and rear)


There are many ways to help your RZR XP1000′s ride through spring changes. But, you many not have to install a full tilt Dual spring system to get the improvement you like. Not to mention the costs. So, we have laid out some simple spring kits that if done in order, will allow you to make improvements in the most meaningful way as well as build up to a full Dual spring kit if you like.



Our Level 1 spring kit isn’t really springs at all. It includes two of our patented “Silent” cross over rings for the front shocks. Just by simply removing the coil spring (not disassembling the shock) you can bolt these on and have an adjustable, dual rate spring system in the front using the factory springs. This will improve front end roll, front dive, and help in the bigger hits by preventing bottoming. This is a less expensive way to accomplish the same thing as a 4-2 seat spring swap. Since the factory upper spring is 165lb rate and the lower spring is a 210 lb rate, you are controlling when the front end goes from a 92.4 lb combined spring rate (super soft) to a 210 lb spring rate (much stiffer). This system is the way the RZRXP1000 was designed to be and stops the front end dive when jumping and keeps the front higher in the whoops, limiting the rear kicking people complain about. Very effective and easy way to cure many important issues.

Our Level 2 spring kit includes 4 “Silent” cross over rings and two race springs. The “silent” cross over gives you a Dual rate system as discussed in Stage 1, but the new upper, rear coil springs and two rear “silent” cross over rings really step things up. Our full length springs replace the factory, coil bound springs and give you the room to run our “silent” cross over rings creating a Dual Rate spring system in the rear as well.   Now you can run on the softer, combined spring rate in the rear, longer through the compression stroke before the stiffer lower spring comes in. This is a much more soft and plush ride but it also lets you control when the heavier lower spring comes in to help with the bigger hits and bottoming out. It also settles the back down further limiting the rear kicking in the whoops and letting the RZR fly more level when jumping. This is a much more beneficial system to run than the old 4/2 swap. Before spring kits were available for the XP, people were running a four seat upper spring on the front of their two seater and placing the old front upper spring on the rear of the car. This did help but just a little. Plus the four seat spring is too stiff for a two seater and can ruin the ride quality in the front.


 Our Level 3 spring kit includes 2 front “Silent” cross over rings, two front upper race springs, two rear “Silent” cross over rings, and two rear upper race springs. Just like Stage 2 you now have a dual rate system in front and rear with a longer, upper, rear spring but this kit adds new, upper, front springs too. These springs are lighter than the stock springs but they are also longer. This gives you more room to adjust the front “silent” cross over ring and control the heavier lower spring while, at the same time make the ride even more smooth and plush than the stock spring ever could. This kit is light years ahead of the old 4/2 swap. With correct spring rates front and rear as well as silent cross over rings to engage the lower springs, the level 3 spring kit is far and above any advantage the 4/2 swap can give.



Finally our Level 4 spring kit. The ultimate in suspension improvement through springs.  It includes everything in the previous 3 kits plus 4 more race springs to replace the factory lower springs. This completes the full Dual Rate spring kit. The LOWER springs we supply are a heavier rate than the factory springs which helps you even more by eliminating bottoming, body roll and front dive. They allow you to run the cross over rings higher on the shock which lets you feel the softer combined spring rate longer for a more plush ride. Since the lower springs only come into play in the biggest hits you can run harder and faster than you ever could have before without bottoming out.  This is the ultimate in smooth ride while still sacrificing nothing in the big hits.

All of our proprietary springs are made in the USA from the highest quality CrSi materials. This means they are always the exact rate we want and don’t fade or break. They cost more when made from this material but are absolutely worth it when it comes to function and longevity.

    I ordered 2 of these kits. Great improvement over stock! Night and day difference. This eliminates feeling ANY small chatter bumps. The heavier lower springs help with the body roll problem the xp1k has with the stock setup. This setup is awesome, and easy to install . The customer service is great, and emails and phone calls are prompt.
