Our new DUAL RATE spring kits are tested and available for your Polaris 900 Trail. The factory springs are very stiff and contribute to the stiff, jarring ride the 900 has stock. By running a true Dual Rate spring system with a functional cross over ring, we are able to get a very plush ride through normal terrain but have a very stiff lower spring which only comes into play when you need it in the big hits and jumps. This is the best of both worlds, plush normally and stiff when you want it. Our spring kit can raise the ride height of your car up to 2" as well eliminating the need for a stiff riding lift kit. Don’t waste another mile in your stiff riding 900 Trail. Pick up our Dual Rate spring kits and see how nice it can be. This kit gives you more bump stage resistance so that you can run the cross over ring higher which engages the lower spring later. This means you can have a plush ride, longer before the heavy lower spring comes into play. More plush for a longer time is the name of the game here. If you run in multiple terrains such as trail, flats, desert or dunes then this is the spring system that is the most progressive and will allow you to keep your nice ride in all of those conditions. Dual Spring for RZR Trail
Install was easy with the written directions. The ground clearance is 12" without a lift kit and the ride 50% better at slow speeds rock crawling. Wife and dog happy!
Dual rate on rzr trail
I would give this 5 stars over the stock setup, only gave it 4 because I’ve not tried any other brands to compare shock therapy. That said, this is a huge upgrade to the rzr trail suspension! Those little bumps I used to feel? Gone. The handling is far and above stock, in corners down thru the woods and whoops, drive with much more confidence in the ability of the machine to go where I want it to.
