thanks for a great product got them on but havent taken a trip yet . fast service and great packaging . took of one star because the product video . you had me watch was not for my shocks . i had more spacers and isolators in my kit that i had to figure where they went and i had to do one shock twice . real a small thing .but in the future ill most likely have them re valve my fox 2 shockes

Without a doubt it’s a much better ride. The stock Fox springs on my 2018 general weren’t very smooth at all. We haven’t gone out on a long ride yet but I could tell a huge difference just from running around in the desert. Takes rocks and large bumps much much better. Soaks up the stuff that used to bang and clang the entire machine.

I only have two rides on them but it has made a huge difference in the ride of the machine, we do not ride super agressive so I am not sure how well they would work doing that but they are well worth the money. I have a 19 Gen with fox shocks

The dual spring kit I purchased from you recently is awesome . The initial set up on the general 4 that you sent me worked so good and gave me the ride that I was expecting over my stock fox premium performance shock spring . A little more adjustments to be made and that will make my general just awesome thanks for developing such a great product.

Went out for a hard ride this weekend to a track I am familiar with and was as amazed at the difference in ride. Was smoother and was able to control my sxs better going over deep ruts but at the same time I had less roll and more control around the curves. Great investment.

This is by far the best thing I ever bought for my Polaris general

I installed this kit using the YouTube video done by Shock Therapy and it was very helpful. However I fond the recommended starting adjustments in the rear too stiff and gave my General way to much lift. I gained 3" of lift with the suggested settings and the ride was not great. After subtracting 3/4" off the recommended rear setting the vehicle sits at the proper height and feels much better. I may continue to adjust to my liking. I followed directions and drove the car back and for the jouncing the suspension as much as possible when I tool the initial measurements FYI. The front seems perfect at the suggested settings, the car rides very nice now and there are no quick jolts when you connect with a bit bump it just soaks it up kinda like riding a flying couch! I am very happy with the setup and I know once I get it dialed in to my liking it will be even better. I would not hesitate to recommend this upgrade to anyone, go ahead and pay the price you will not regret it!

Very happy with this purchase. I drive a lot on rutted out and very rocky (heavy rock, up to 10") and washed out access roads in Idaho. Even pulling the sway bars off, running full soft on the factory shocks, and dropping air pressure, it was still a pretty rough ride. My father is in his 70's, and it would just beat him up to try and take him places. This spring set REALLY helped out. For what I use this General for, I am very happy with this purchase. When I called the folks here, they were very helpful and friendly as well; which in this day and age seems to be getting harder to come by.
