Polaris RZR XP 1000

Suspension upgrades for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 (non turbo).

If you have a RZR XP1000 that is more than a few years old, the most important items you should look at are Shock Service and Dual-Rate Springs. Shocks should be serviced every 2,500 and include complete tear-down, inspection, new seals, new shock oil and a fresh charge of nitrogen. Dual-Rate Spring Kits replace all the springs and get rid of that collapsed upper tender spring (far superior to just a tender spring swap) and move to a full dual-rate spring setup that will give you a more plush ride in light chop, but also increase bottom-out resistance for bigger hits.
