Installation was a breeze. Initial set up instructions were a little off requiring me to set preload a little stiffer right away. Have not put first mileage on them yet before we need to reset them again. Bought and used same install tool as video. Made job so easy.
Great product. So... Much better than stock. Unbelievable difference.
Rides 10x better with just springs, love that there is no more bucking of the rear. Can’t wait for valving work
Great instructions , Everything fit great
Fantastic product. Worked exactly as advertised. All the small chop and chatter is almost entirely gone compared to the bumpy stiff stock spring set up. Definitely recommend this product for anyone on the fence about getting it
After installing the springs with the suggested initial settings and after documenting the ride height, adjustments need to be made to the preload and crossover rings to achieve the desired ride height. I'm not aware of a tip sheet that exists but I would suggest creating some type of guide (cheat sheet) to help people make the correct adjustments to the preload and crossover rings to achieve the desired ride height. This would be good for the front and rear shocks but especially true for the front shocks since they need to be removed from the machine to adjust. Example: The ride height at the rear of the machine is 2" too low and the rings are at 3.5" gap. How much preload does a person need to add to achieve the 2" height increase and by adjusting the tension on the springs, how much does the crossover ring need to be moved to achieve the 2.5" gap? I know this can't be an exact science due to the variety of spring options that are available but some guidance or suggestions to help fine tune the machine suspension would be appreciated.
I love the new springs. Improved ride height and overall the ride of the machine. I highly recommend them!
I love my springs but I know some sag is coming when it does do I readjust cross overs and preload or just preload
The instructions online are good , very standard tho. Found it hard to get ride height with there recommended settings , cross overs adjustment when there is +1" preload setting adjustment.
